On the air since January, 1989, WCBC-FM'S format is "Oldies" providing music from the 50's, 60's and 70's targeted to an age group of 25years and older. The station provides the Keyser/Cumberland market with a music intensive "alternative" where information is still a cornerstone. Shortened newscasts, sportscasts, and weather forecasts are provided without disturbing the overall music of the station. Nothing appeals to America's largest demographic group like Good Times and Great Oldies! Lots of great '60s and '70s Oldies...the perfect mix for reaching the "boomers" attracted to the music of their youth and lively, personality-driven programming. Oldies 107 is delivered in a contemporary style by our fun, energetic, on-air team. It's a programming winner! Oldies 107 is affiliated with Motor Racing Network and airs approximately 75 Nascar events a year. The station is also the Baltimore Ravens Network affiliate in this area. Additionally, it broadcasts approximately 20 local high school football games a year. Oldies 107-FM is a 24 hour, Class A, FM station with an effective radiated power of 3,000 watts licensed to Keyser, West Virginia. The station serves Keyser, and the surrounding areas of Romney, Moorefield and Petersburg in West Virginia, as well as Cumberland and surrounding communities in Maryland. The station is also received in Cumberland and LaVale, Maryland, at 99.5 FM from the company's repeater signal. The two signals cover an area with approximately 125,000 in population.
