I said when we hired him that those qualities would surface, but so would poor shooting. Why? To achieve the former, he puts players through a strength & conditioning program that changes who they are. If you recruit a shooter at 6'2" and 195 pounds, then turn him into an athlete who weighs 215 or 220, even with it all being muscle, you have changed the "product." You can't change a shooter's body make-up by 10 to 15% and expect the skill characteristics to remain the same. Please understand - I think he is a great recruiter and a great coach, but the gains in one area come at a price in another. I wish I had been wrong on my prediction, but am not suprised our current team shoots poorly. Jack
